Memorial Eye Center - Sugar Land

Edit: the only negative comment I have is the difficulty getting in touch by phone. I've tried several times between 2 pm and 3 pm and no answer from the front desk, optometry, or the contact lens desk. Dr. Gonzalez is wonderful. She was so kind and professional, extremely thorough in her exam, and answered all my questions clearly. She was 100% present in the appointment, no rushing, no impatience, even going back to research previous results that I had a question on. She even helped with a question I had about my Mom's vision so I knew what to ask Mom and how to help her get the care she needs. I was absolutely comfortable in her care. She's a great doctor, and I highly recommend her.

I love how Dr. Walls remembers the stories I told to him from the last time I saw him. The staff is always smiling and friendly. A few weeks ago my husband had an issue with his eye and they got him in the next day no problem.

Amazing experience at Memorial Eye Center in Sugar Land! Dr. Emma Gonzalez was outstanding—she took her time, explained my eye health thoroughly, and answered all of my questions with care and expertise. The staff was equally helpful, guiding me through the process, contacts, and even prescription safety glasses for work. Very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed. 20 out of 10 experience—highly recommend for anyone needing an eye exam or glasses!

Just a very warm inviting staff and Dr Wiley is a doctor who cares and listens to his patients and go the extra step to make sure you are satisfied.

Mrs. Trisha and Dr Walls are freaking amazing. Also have to tip my hat to all staff. From the moment I was in contact with this office until the day I left with my first order of contacts. It was staff that was great about answering any and all questions. Then the Dr himself was a down home good gentleman. Let me know all my options. Gave me advice on what and what not to do in the future. Never felt any kind of pressure to buy or scolded for looking or anything. Just exploring my options and they were fantastic. I’ll never go to any other office again. If you want your eyes taken care of by the best. You’ll do yourself a favor and come here!!!!

I saw Dr. Walls for the first time today and I was so impressed. I have some issues that can make getting good vision correction more complicated, and he was very patient and thorough in making sure I got the right prescription and lenses to work for my needs through a few rounds of adjustments. He seemed very knowledgeable, and I never felt rushed. My husband also saw him for contact lenses the week prior and had a good experience.

I went here for a eye exam & glasses and I am so glad I tried this location! Dr. Mathew was absolutely amazing, & she is also very thorough! She made me feel heard & you don’t get that often these days! This is a great practice, everyone was so friendly and welcoming & I will definitely come back for my eye care needs!
